Heart Rate Variability testing (HRV)

The Short Version:

The Autonomic Nervous System is basically the internal network that carries out commands to the body's self-healing mechanisms. HRV testing is a rapid way to assess the adaptability of the ANS to handle stresses.

HRV assesses the "Coherence" of the human bodyfield.

HRV tests are important records for integrative medicine management.

The Longer Version:

The Institute of Heart Math has illustrations of the energy field caused by the electrical impulses of the heart. They have created practical home-use devices that can help people get more control over their nervous system.

Description from the founder of one company that provides Heart Rate Variability technology:

Nerve-Express is a fully automatic, non-invasive computer-based system designed for quantitative assessment of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) based on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis.

HRV analysis is based on measuring variability in heart rate; specifically, variability in intervals between R waves - “RR intervals” . I was the test subject in a project of Dr. Klinghardt, evaluating a new software and hardware that shows ANS changes when body is stressed by items placed into its energy field. The findings disclose a phenomenon that is in my opinion the same as that measured in the VAS (Vascular Autonomic Signal) of Chinese Medicine practitioners found at the radial artery, and the EAV/EDS devices that measure meridian energies and their modulation by challenges of stressors, this device may be at the center of future technology that can "read" body health without drawing blood, CAT scans, etc.
