Biofeedback
You want to improve your health and your physical and mental performance. I can talk with you about the benefits of different ways to increase communication between your mind, your body and your autonomic nervous system. You can include such approaches as Craniosacral Therapy and breathing training as ways to become more aware of how your body and your Autonomic Nervous System are functioning. This page has information on devices and techniques that can help you improve your autonomic self-regulation.
Biofeedback can help a range of concerns, such as ADD/ADHD/Asperger's, breathing for peak performance, social shyness & social anxiety, stress management, incontinence control, deep relaxation and brain fitness.
