most out of the time that we have to talk and consult. So, I have prepared documents
below to help you organize your information.
These also help me to give you information about how I coach people
to find answers for their health concerns. I invite you to look at the ones that apply to you. It may help a lot if you fill them out before we speak [not mandatory]. |

Occasionally it may be helpful to have laboratory results (including Metabolic Typing) available at the first appointment. This can be arranged by telephone prior to the first visit.

Office consultations: The staff handle the fees aspect of my office practice. The Lobby Flyer has a recent fee list for office visits but the staff has the latest fee schedule. Clinic policy is to collect an appointment reservation prepayment of $30 (refunded if cancellation is done according to their cancellation policy). Payment for the remainder of fee for services is made when the consultation is complete. I do not accept insurance assignment; but you are encouraged to submit your receipt to your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy:
The policy is to request notification of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the time you were scheduled to be seen. If you cancel on shorter notice than that, the clinic charges a fee (the prepayment that is made at the time of scheduling) to compensate for the disruption of office preparation and lost care hours available for other patients.

By Metro Rail: The office is located two blocks south of the Friendship Heights station on the Red Line. Take the elevator at the Jenifer Street end of the Metro platform. Turn right and walk two blocks until you are in front of Rodman's Grocery and Pharmacy; across the street is the building pictured above.
By bus or automobile: We are one block north of Fessenden St. NW on Wisconsin Ave. The cross street is Garrison. The staff can tell you about the validated parking site.

The Day You Come to the Clinic:
Please eat food and drink water the day of your visit; plan to arrive after having eaten at least an hour prior to the visit and not more than five hours after eating if possible. This will help you have energy to work with -- especially when receiving acumeridian therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. It will also make sure that you are not digesting a heavy meal. Drink water, too -- dehydration can stress you.
Important Request: Please wear no fragrances or strong scents in the office.
