Making An Appointment
| My appointments are tailored to your individual situation. Please look at pages on this web site and decide if my services may fit your needs. You can visit the Internet sites, or call and speak with my naturopathic practice support staff at either office. |
Download forms [below]
Telephone Consultations are possible.
The staff will guide you through the process of making an appointment and obtaining the forms to fill out prior to being seen at NIHA. They can mail forms to you. You can download forms in the section below on this page. Clinic policy is that paperwork and informed consent must be completed prior to beginning our appointment.
Occasionally it may be helpful to have laboratory results available at the first appointment. This can be arranged by telephone prior to the first visit.
The Day You Come To The Clinic:
Please eat food and drink water the day of your visit; plan to arrive after having eaten at least an hour prior to the visit and not more than five hours after eating. This will help you have energy to work with -- especially when receiving acumeridian therapy and Cranio-Sacral Therapy -- and also that you are not immediately digesting a heavy meal. Drink water, too; dehydration can stress your physiology.
Important Request: Please wear no fragrances / strong scents in the office.
FEES:
The staff at the different offices where I practice handle the fees aspect of my practice. They have the latest fee schedule for that office. Clinic policy is to collect payment for services rendered at that visit. We do not accept insurance assignment; but you are encouraged to submit your receipt to your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy:
The policy is to request notification of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the time you were scheduled to be seen. If you cancel on shorter notice than that, the clinic charges a fee to compensate for the disruption of office preparation and lost care hours available for other patients.
